SISTERHOOD SUPPORT ADVISOR
Florence moved to Bristol in 2024 to work remotely, surf and skate. When not in Bristol she can be found doing the same in Sri Lanka, visiting family in Toulouse or travelling the globe. She joined BGSC ahead of her move, keen to get to know a local and like-minded community. A lover of encouraging others in the water and on the concrete, her own surfing and surfskating hobbies started in 2021 and she is now a master in wipe outs! More recently, she picked up freediving to spend even more time underwater.
Aysha
TRIPS ADVISOR
Originally from Reading, Aysha moved to Bristol in 2021 to live closer to the outdoors. After university, she spent 2.5 years in Morocco embracing the surf lifestyle, managing a surf camp, and travelling extensively - including a surf safari from Taghazout to the Western Sahara! Back in the UK, she’s spent a decade planning expeditions professionally, driven by a deep passion for adventure. Whether it’s chasing waves, climbing, mountain biking, skiing, hiking, or heading off in her campervan, she’s happiest when exploring new places and sharing the stoke along the way.
Lola

Lola joined BGSC when she moved to Bristol back in 2024, knowing no one and keen to meet some likeminded, outdoorsy sea-lovers. As a long-time beginner surfer, Lola loves being in the water, chasing the sense of calm, joy and fear that comes with it. After working in a surf hostel in the Canary Islands on her post-uni gap year she decided she wanted to finally get out of the white water and since then has been getting out as much as she can squeeze in. She's happiest outdoors, and if that's not in the sea, she can be found climbing, hiking, wild swimming, trail running or just generally covered in mud with no shoes on.
Charli
CONTENT ADVISOR
Charli has lived in Bristol for several years now, previously she lived in Cornwall for ~7 years and loved it for accessibility for all ocean activities. She loves diving, paddle boarding, swimming and surfing, and most other outdoor activities too from cycling to hiking. Being involved in Bristol Girls Surf Club is a way of combining this love of outdoors, getting more involved in such a kind and welcoming community, and meeting more ocean soul sisters!
Lotty
CREATIVE ADVISOR
Lotty moved to Bristol in 2024 after many years living in London, looking to settle in a smaller city with nature on the doorstep and being closer to the water. She has been surfing for one year and took the step to go on the SheSurfs Sri Lanka trip to meet like minded women and improve her surfing abilities. Being part of BGSC has allowed her to make life long connections and feel that sense of community and kindness. Lotty enjoys all things creative and illustration and spends her free time, when not outdoors, sketching and making prints with a focus on wellbeing and adventure.
